Thinking about IDNs As the Internet grows, more and more end-users prefer to navigate the web using scripts and languages that can use characters outside of the English alphabet. IDNs are an important factor in the transformation of the Internet into a truly global and multilingual tool. As more IDN aware applications have become available the promise of IDNs can now be completely fulfilled.
